Adds a new layer to the drawing.

Parameters

LayerName
Type: SystemString
The name of the new layer
AciColor (Optional)
Type: SystemInt16
A number for 1 to 256 corresponding to the AutoCAD Color Index (Default value = 7).

Return Value

Type: Layer
The new added Layer.
Remarks
If layer already exists error 301 is raised.
